–  Home Care Program

Working in partnership with Visiting Nurses Associations, hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities and other agencies and organizations, the Family & Children’s Aid Home Care Program provides transportation for shopping and medical appointments, light meal preparation, companionship and chore services to help seniors remain in their homes.

+  Senior Mental Health In-Home Services

In-Home Services program, funded by Connecticut Community Care, Inc., offers free in-home assessments and mental health treatment to adults age 60+. The Senior Mental Health In-Home Services program promotes safe and healthy independent living by addressing mental health issues prevalent in elderly populations like depression, bereavement, isolation, loss of identity, physical limitations, etc.and through making connections to appropriate community resources.
