DIRECT CARE WORKERS: Direct Care Workers provide daily care and support to children and adolescents with acute behavioral and emotional needs who have been placed in a group home setting due to past trauma. Direct Care workers are responsible for upholding the programmatic structure, maintaining safety, while ensuring the residents daily needs are met (i.e. meals, hygiene, homework, etc.). Full-time

Position Requirements: § Minimum one (1) year experience working with children and/or adolescents required. § CT Driver's License with clear DMV report preferred. § Associates Degree or two (2) years towards Bachelors Degree preferred. § Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a similarly related field a plus. § Department of Children and Families Medication Administration Certification a plus.
