Extended Day Treatment Program
Serves 31 at-risk children between the ages of 4 and 17.

EMPS – Emergency Mobile Psychiatric Services
Provides rapid phone and mobile response to psychiatric emergencies for children from birth to eighteen. FCA Clinicians are available for immediate phone consultations and trips to the homes of children in distress 24 hours a day seven days per week
Buddy Bus Program
Supervised transportation and visitation which allows children to visit their incarcerated mothers in Niantic.
Family Centers
Support services to biological, foster and adoptive families. Supervised visits between foster children and biological parents.
Mentoring Program
Matching DCF--involved children with positive role involved children with positive role models offering support, guidance and a positive influence.
Respite Program
Provides relief to caregivers of DCF--involved children with emotional and behavioral difficulties by with emotional and behavioral difficulties by providing supervised recreational activities outside of the home.
Court Supported Services Division (CSSD)
Juvenile Outpatient Mental Health & Substance Abuse Treatment Services
Assesses & treats high-risk juveniles, referred by the court, and their families
