O’Leary, with a special guest performance from award winning country music artist, keynote speaker, and best selling author, Jimmy Wayne.

We are a community based, non-profit organization providing innovative and responsive programs and services throughout Connecticut. With effective mental health care and the right supports in place, our children are healthier and our communities are stronger.
The Neil M. O'Leary Project Joy Center provides playful safe spaces for our Clinicians to hold therapeutic sessions with clients. Some areas include a basketball room, climbing space, Lego room, interactive drive in movie theater, and pontoon boat. The new center was designed to engage, treat, and heal.
