2025 MLB Life Skills Clinic Series Sponsorship Form
About FCA's MLB & Life Skills Clinic Series
Each year, Family & Children’s Aid (FCA) proudly partners with the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association to host our MLB & Life Skills Clinics, a one-of-a-kind program that blends a passion for baseball with the development of critical life skills. With four MLB Life Skills Clinics held each year in Norwalk, Waterbury, New Milford, and Danbury, these free, community-based events have engaged thousands of youth across Connecticut, offering life skills education, mentorship, and meaningful connection with former Major League Baseball players.
Your sponsorship helps make these unforgettable experiences possible — empowering the next generation through sports, character development, and community support.
Now more than a decade strong, these clinics feature up to 10 former MLB players who serve as both coaches and mentors. From World Series champions to Hall of Famers, these professional athletes share expert baseball instruction along with powerful lessons learned from their years in the game—covering topics like leadership, teamwork, resilience, and responsibility.
The clinics are free to all participants and open to children and youth of all skill levels. Our goal is to create a fun and educational experience that connects young athletes with positive role models, while also raising awareness about behavioral health resources and the critical need for foster parents in our communities. These clinics serve as both a celebration of sport and a bridge to support systems that can change lives.
