In October of 2023, Family & Children's Aid opened the doors of the Neil M. O'Leary Project Joy Center within the Waterbury Behavioral Health Center to the community. Since it's opening, about 1,000 clients have been able to enjoy the facility and FCA staff has been able to utilize innovative therapeutic spaces to provide excellent care. The Project Joy Center represents for our population of children and adults a place for healing, fun and play.
