Caregiver Support Teams (CST)

Caregiver Support Team (CST) is an intensive, home-based program, supporting relative caregivers of children who have been placed in a DCF kinship or special study home.

This DCF-funded program aims to prevent disruption of foster care placements and increase stability and permanency by providing timely, in-home therapeutic interventions.

Referrals are made through DCF and can remain open for 6 months. Pre-adoptive homes may qualify for services with additional approval from DCF.
